IncuBrix — internal, then publicSunday, Jul 19

A short letter from the people building IncuBrix.

The filming, the writing, the talking into a mic — that part's alive. It's everything after that's broken: the cutting, captioning, cropping, re-uploading, rescheduling. The Second Job.

We're building the thing that ends it. But before the demo, you should know what we believe. Because you're not joining a waitlist — you're backing a belief.

(tap a belief to underline it — this page remembers nothing, but we'll know you meant it)

Creating and distributing are different jobs. Only one of them deserves you.

Nobody's best idea ever arrived while resizing a video to 9:16. Your hours belong to the part only you can do.

Being seen shouldn't require six subscriptions.

One tool cuts, one captions, one schedules, one speaks, one measures — and all of them bill you. The stack isn't a workflow. It's a tax.

← we counted. it's usually seven

Your content should work while you sleep.

You made the thing once. It should show up everywhere, correctly dressed for each room, without you holding its hand.

← wrote this at 1am, fittingly

Tools should learn your taste — not average it away.

Most AI makes everyone sound like everyone. The right tool studies what makes you you, and does more of that.

← this one cost us a fight
underline if you agree → 05

The people who show up early should shape the thing.

Not as a marketing line. The first creators in, will vote on what we build, tell us when we're wrong, and watch us fix it. Software built with its audience beats software built at them.

← you just did, by the way

That's all five. No roadmap slides, no feature grid — if we do our job, you'll see it soon enough.

What we'll promise today: one upload in, everything everywhere out, and your Sundays back. We typed this letter ourselves, which explains the distrubution of typos.

— from all of us at IncuBrix,

Kamraj Subramanian
Founder, IncuBrix

written on a Sunday, ironically.

P.S. — If one of these beliefs bugs you, reply and argue. That's what early people are for.
